As you look at the attached photos; understand that there are serious electrical, structural and building methods that need to be corrected. The cost savings to my client from early detection can not be calculated.
Also, whether I’m talking to you about bringing in electricians to evaluate your whole house because of fire concerns, framing contractors to evaluate missing structural support beams above your window or post and beam structural connectors; my hourly rate covers everything and time is money.
Peace of mind has a price and she is about to write a check she is going to remember on a brand new build. The work is ongoing and her children have been kept up to date.
