Kitchen cabinet hardware replacement and adjustment, A/C filter replacement, window hardware repaired, new towel bar fixture install, tighten bathroom plumbing fixtures, reattach towel paper holder, install missing attic door seal and other damaged door seals & sweep, inspect A/C handler that had water in secondary drain pan (contacted licensed & insured A/C contractor to follow up & repair as needed), reattach exterior step stone that was damaged, install lattice skirt under new shed and of course install the American Flag on her new front porch!
