Needs: After talking with the homeowners and understanding their needs, I started off building a lattice fence around the west side a/c systems to shield it from the summer sun. I then took the same concept and built surroundings for the main electrical box and the Kohler generator system.
Wants: The lady of the house requested a garden to withstand the elements of Texas and she got what she wanted. Perimeter piping, layers of protection submerged into the soil to repel critters from going under and across the top to fend off everything that flies by. She bought 4 sets of above ground planters for her seasonal choices to plant and enjoy her garden time year round.
