Initial meeting; fill in stain on front upper & lower facade ; replace front wall corner trim; cut/reinstall front downspouts x 2; front 4 column base detail install; remove/paint/reinstall living room registers & lights; trim around dryer vent & paint; install clothes bar in laundry room; redesign tile area around dog access battery cover plate; install missing cabinet hardware in hallway bath, master bath water closet; remove- install new bi-fold doors in bedroom(cut to fit & paint); undercut 1/2″ off water closet door; repair drywall dings & paint; adjust door hardware; seal hallway tub fixture; install missing baseboard in bunkbed room & paint; remove cracked caulking in master closet, caulk and paint; paint all casing miters & window sills; install flush mount lower bolt on front entry door; cleanup & remove trash
