After we had addressed a big to do list for our client she was hesitant to show us the bathroom vanity. She had recently purchased this home from someone who had work done from out of town contractors.
Yet again, the new owner has bought a situation. When I touched the pipe where it connected the wall, it literally fell off.
Obviously, with signs of water damage, we need to get this done as well.
We removed the recently installed vanity, demoed the wall and upgraded the drainage as needed. With new drywall, texture, paint, vanity, faucet and the finishing touches, she is back to enjoying her bathroom.
We get these stories all the time. Give us a call to discuss yours.
