This beautiful Victorian house was having a bad day. The water damage in the dining area ceiling was caused by the improper installation of new windows. The trim was removed and the necessary repairs and upgrades were made.
During the repair, signs of improper drainage was noted and discussed with the owner. The next phase was to upgrade with new gutters in the front of the house and a 6″ drainage system to the back of the house. The back yard was then graded to have the water discharge away from the house properly.
Now that the fundamentals were taken care of; a new vinyl lattice skirt was added and makes the house look even better.
A new red brick pad was made for the garbage to finish it off.
